Question 1: How did this move with Fitzgerald Estates compare to your previous moves?

Answer 1: I was really surprise by how quickly my previous property in Timi sold. I remember in the past, properties being on the market for what seemed like a lifetime, but with Fitzgerald Estates, there was a lot of interest straight away and I moved into my new home in just under 3 months.

Question 2: Were you tempted to stay at your previous house and wait until the end of the Coronavirus crisis?

Answer 2: It must be said, I did think about that! However, having spoken to Daryl and his team, I was reassured that this was perhaps the best time to move. Several of the viewings were on Zoom and the ladies at Fitzgerald did the viewings with people who weren’t in Cyprus. I was very surprised when the property was sold to someone who had never stepped inside it.

Question 3: Were you surprised by how much your property was worth?

Answer 3: Yes…I was, as property prices in Paphos have been up and down and up again in the past 10 years. And, I got a good few thousand more than I expected.

Question 4: Did the Fitzgerald’s team give you any useful advice to make the property more desirable?

Answer 4: Yes, they did. They very gently advised me to have a de-clutter (but very politely).

Question 5: Would you recommend Fitzgerald’s Estates to friends and family who are either looking to buy or sell a property in Paphos?

Answer 5: I certainly would, as Fitzgerald’s take away all the worry of buying a new property thanks to their professionalism and knowledge. I really didn’t have to worry about anything at all, which made a welcome change.
